"Clean room, modern and spacious (although I suspect we were upgraded from a standard room). Property is near everything in Budva, right in the Centre which is good. Parking is 15 Euros per day so be aware if renting a car etc. Attentive and helpful staff, and smooth check in and check out process, although I do find it strange that check in starts at 2 but there are no staff working past 3? An hour check in window is a bit strange and inconvenient. They did however allow us to check in as soon as room is ready, which was handy."

"Room was clean, just small attention to the details were missing, like tiles grout and glass on the balcony need some cleaning improvement. Staff were not overly friendly and welcoming at check in. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Outdoor and indoor pools were amazing. Overall, our experience was very good and we will definitely come back. Location is unbeatable. "I had a double twin room; one bed was more comfortable than the other. The showers was really nice; both water temperature and pressure. There was free parking at the hotel. Breakfast included a variety of food. I thought there was a gym/exercise room, but I think they are putting in a sauna and massage area possibly. The staff is not very friendly. Only the check in receptionist was helpful."

"I booked the reservation because location was great. It looked nice and photos when I arrived there was no one at the receptionist because they don’t work after 10 PM so if your flight is delayed, you will be screwed. However, the restaurant downstairs is open and I think they saw when we walked in and 20 minutes later they came to open the door, which was great. Also, they left a note on the desk, but I did not know that as a person arriving I should’ve been text on WhatsApp or sent an email that there’s a note about my room number and my keys sitting there. There’s no one there. The receptionist is very sweet. The hotel is clean. I didn’t like my room view because we were facing just bushes and trees and it did smell a little bad like fish could be from the restaurant downstairs, which is part of the hotel as well. Room spacious location is amazing. The food is affordable. There’s no coffee in the room which I think it’s a no dealbreaker for me. I like to have my coffee every day. I have to leave my room to go downstairs to find coffee airport was an hour and 15 minutes away drive the people are sweet. Everyone is nice. I didn’t have a bad experience with the hotel just a few things I listed here that I expected because I’ve been a world traveler for many years and I travel with two children who are teenagers. Coffee in room Is impt."
