The bedroom was large and we had a lovely view overlooking the car park but also over the river and greenery. The bed was large and bedding was lovely. The rooftop bar and swimming pool was stunning. You have a view overlooking the mountains and lake - that part was exceptional. The staff were a bit frosty to start but helpful/attentive and warmed as the stay went on (I think this is probably a cultural thing). The spa facilities were mostly not working which was a shame as this was why we had chosen this hotel, however the rooftop made up for it.

Amazing hotel—everything is new, stylish, and spotless. Perfect location, great food, fantastic staff. If there were a “sixth star,” I would give it without hesitation: after I accidentally left my wallet in the room, the staff went above and beyond by personally bringing it all the way to the airport. That kind of dedication and care is truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

This property is brand new! When we arrived it had only been open 3 months. The hotel is of high standard, the decor is beautiful and rooms are very comfortable with a luxurious feel to them. Roof top bar, restaurant and swimming pool are stunning with endless views across the lake. The staff were generally really good, the manager on hand most of the time and he’s obviously passionate about the hotel. Sleep was fabulous and breakfast amazing. Food on the roof top was good, and half the price of what you’d pay in the restaurant! This was a gem of a hotel, that we discovered by accident and would definitely return. The only downside was the spa facilities not working even though we booked them and if you want to use the gym be prepared to sweat the air conditioning was not very effective.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location! Room was spacious and beds comfortable. The staff were helpful and the manager even gave us a lift in his private car to a nearby winery. Food in the downstairs restaurant was wonderful Italian food, but we wish we could have eaten it on the upstairs terrace which had the most amazing views. Unfortunately the food served up there was not as good, but it’s great for a drink! The gym is very small but fine for a quick workout as long as you’re not more than 2-3 people in there. We didn’t try the spa facilities which costs 10Euro to access but they looked nice. They don’t have any spa treatments or massages available which is a shame! We spent time every day by the amazing rooftop pool. On windy days they can have the sun umbrellas up which makes it very exposed in summer, but when they’re up there’s lots of shade. The views from the pool are stunning.
