"The restaurants were very good in quality of food. Breakfast was not bad. Clients kept touching the breads and other items and putting food back on the buffet and the staff said nothing to the customers even after we complained. There was one staff member, his name was Khrishna,(i think, but not too sure) from Varanasi, and he was exemplary in service and manner. He served us dinner the night before at the roof top restaurant and then the next morning we meet him helping out in the breakfast area. He was amazing. "

"I am an owner of a company in the service industry. There were two staff in particular that made my visit exceptional - Ajay (pool area) and Palwinder (sardarji at front desk). When I first entered the lobby, Palwinder was professional and provided excellent customer service. When I walked through the lobby various times, he always acknowledged and greeted myself and other guests. I highly recommend staying here. There is a view of the taj mahal from the skydeck.
