"The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. "

"A quick check in, the room was large with everything as expected. The heated indoor pool was very nice on an evening with the poolside bar very welcome. Staff were friendly and helpful."
