They went out of their way to help make our stay great, and even helped us out by storing things for us while we went away for a week. When we returned, it was early in the day. Because of its location on Marjan Hill, it can be a little difficult to find without GPS. We left our car parked and walked up and down to the Riva. If you aren't in reasonably good shape, you might find this to be a problem. But, once you get there, you will find a marvelous hotel.
