Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain

Yongding

10/10 Exceptional

The room was pretty clean and the location is convenient. It's right across from the tianmen cableway. Breakfast was also very good and had a lot of variety. The staff were great. We don't really speak Mandarin so we were able to communicate pretty well with them through wechat. We had an issue with a Didi driver trying to scam us our first night and the staff even checked in on us after we checked up and told us how to resolve the issue. So I definitely recommend this hotel if you're not too...

The location is great and the staff are outstanding. We were met upon arrival by a complimentary pickup from the airport ( or train station) and greeted at the door by Peter the friendly hotel dog. John is the English speaking staff who can help non Chinese speakers and he was beyond wonderful. Thank you so so much for all your help. There’s a wide range of food for the buffet breakfast ( included) and there’s also easy laundry facilities. There’s a beautiful roof top deck with resident cats and...

This a beautiful stay near Tianmen Mountain. The staff is so nice and really help with arrangements with Zhangjiajie activities including tickets. To arrive from Zhangjiejia west station I had to tell Didi driver Qiman Tianmen Resort instead of XMAN and it worked. (it's on Amaps). I loved the mattress and projector screen was cool. The food available from the lobby restaurant was so good. Breakfast and dinner both available.

Zhangjiajie Shi Guang Zhi Wai Boutique Hotel

Yongding

10/10 Exceptional

Great hotel, small but nicely decorated and comfortable room, convenient location (walking distance from bus to national Forrest as well as cable car base station), but the real reason for my 5star recommendation is the amazing staff/owner. I booked a 2 two day trip to Zhangjiajie from Beijing after seeing a few videos about this place. I do not speak Chinese and this was our first trip to China. After seeing in other reviews that the owners were very responsive, I decided to book this...

Everything at this property was perfect! As soon as we arrived to the property a gentleman outside helped us with our luggage. The front desk girls were super sweet and helpful and explained everything. They even booked our tickets to go to heavens gate and to avatar mountain so we didn’t have to worry about booking the tickets ourself. They added me on WeChat so I could contact them at any time if I needed anything and they would help asap! Our host this stay was Sunny and she was the best. The...
