We had SUCH A GREAT TIME at this hotel. 10/10 times, we would go back to Hanoi just to stay at this hotel. From the relentlessly phenomenal service, communication, and hospitality to the great food options inside and outside the hotel. Everything was top notch and each person who worked at the hotel ALWAYS had a smile on their face and happy to help. This is the most genuine hotel we have ever stayed at to date and loved our experience!
My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They got us appointments to get our eyelashes done and the place was amazing. They helped me call around looking for something at pharmacies and more. The rooms are fantastic with only an area rug under the beds so no icky carpet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, so much so we returned for a second time. The property is well located, safe, comfortable and impeccably clean, the staff were excellent, very helpful, hospitable and kind. The breakfast was included and the setting was lovely, wide selection of tasty offerings, we especially enjoyed the Pho. We booked treatments at the on site spa and were very pleased with our fabulous massages, facials, and the on site Onsen. Highly recommend!
The hotel is located in the old town next to all the attractions. The location is great, the hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing and the rooftop bar is spectacular. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, Lan speaks good English and always ready to help, she scheduled a 3 days trip for us from A to Z, thank you Lan. I am highly recommend the hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, they are not big but give you everything you need. Shower are great.

Meritel Hanoi is a beautiful hotel, with top notch service. However, the air conditioning kept going out in our room though the staff was quick to get it up and running again every time it went out. We also experienced ants in our sink, but again the staff was very prompt in getting it fixed. The Meritel advertises that it has soundproofed rooms, but this is not the case.
