"I booked a room for 2 nights and when I came to check-in, the hotel manager said there was no availability for the dates I had received confirmation for.
He suggested an alternative location for my stay far from my booked location in Juhu.
The hotel took my money and refused to issue a refund despite not staying there.
AVOID this SCAM hotel! "

"The rooms were on the dirtier side. Stayed one night, so we managed.Staff was nice. Hotel is on the 2nd floor of a building and rooms are on the smaller side. Would not recommend if you are with young kids. "

"No support, they declined the reservations and took significant time to sort out the issue. Initially asked to pay extra to do a fresh booking. Hotel team only confirmed its much over price I paid. Pathetic say, wont recommend any one for Parle Inn or Expedia any more in future. Room was also very bad and not matched as shown in photos."
