My partner and I stay here whenever passing through due to the gym and sauna. The rooms are all clean and comfortable, but amenities vary depending on what you book--when staying for business, we stay in a nicer room which has a mini fridge with drinks, shampoo, conditioner, soap, bathrobes etc. When just passing through, we book a basic room which has a shampoo/soap combo, no shampoo, no mini fridge and no bathrobes.

We had a wonderful stay and could not have been happier with this property. The location was absolutely perfect and made it so easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Staying at Ye Olde Red Lion was a fun experience. It is probably the most unique place I've stayed with its blending of old, old and new and updated rooms. I would stay here again. We were in Arran Room which was very nice other than the mattress should be replaced. It is uncomfortable. The outside grounds need some cleaning and TLC, too.
