Özen (Ozzie -the night concierge) was the best concierge I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Such an amazing place to stay at Istambul. Safe, super friendly staff, good relation cost/benefit and walkable to Blue Mosque. I would surely recommend it to spend sometime in such an enigmatic city.

I stayed this hotel from 7/15 to 7/19. I stayed on the 25th floor which is one of the executive floors. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The amenities are excellent and the staff at the hotel were so kind. It was super clean and just so beautiful. I did like having access to the executive lounge because they gave free breakfast, free dinner, and snacks/drinks throughout the day. The property is steeped in old-world charm and even more elegant than I'd envisioned. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating.

This is not a tourist hotel, in that it's not near any general tourist locations. But if you are planning to be near the airport, it's a great choice. I had two days of work in a data-centre around the corner, and this was super convenient for me. The hotel was clean; staff were responsive and friendly; food was great (although a few more vegetarian options would be better!). A brand new property (4 months old). Very comfortable and well decorated. Staff were very polite and useful offering tea and coffee when we returned to the hotel. Location was very convenient to many amenities. Nice courtyard. Breakfast was average and lunch was not served. The rate was very attractive. Highly recommend.
