The manager picked us up from the airport at 6am, organized a driver to take us back to the hotel from the city, and then dropped us back off at the airport in the evening. "Clean room, courteous staff, close to airport. There's a few small cafes nearby if you want a bite, but otherwise this is just a great place to stay if you have an early/late flight. It's not as useful for a multinight stay as a "base" during your tour of Hanoi."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I had originally booked the pods at the airport, but they had no bathroom or shower. The restroom was not far, but you still had to leave the pod to get there. I saw this Hotel and it was virtually a 15 minute walk from the airport. The staff was there checked me in quickly. I had a shower with hot water and an air conditioner that worked and a comfortable bed. I had to leave early for a flight and there was someone there at 4 o’clock to take me to the airport."
