Close to airport, our rooms were upgraded and breakfast was included. The front desk person got us a local driver to the airport for about $4. Would recommend for those early connection flights for sure.
The room was perfect and the young lady at the front desk was point on with our accommodations, made an immediate arrangement for our ride to the airport and was just sweet and personable.
This is an amazing stay if you are looking for a comfy place to rest near the airport. I had a very early morning flight and wanted a place to sleep nearby to make sure I didn’t miss it. This place is very conveniently located a short drive from the airport. When I arrived there were immediately people ready to help me bring in my bags and show me to my room, which was comfy and nice. Additionally, they provided a free ride to the airport in the morning, which was lovely. An amazing stay!
The hotel is amazing. Right near the airport with free shuttle service. It’s a brand new hotel with big rooms and comfy beds. Dinner at the restaurant was good. Even had a burger and fries. The proprietor spoke English very well and he helped us book a day tour, and arrange
taxis for us. It is much nicer than any other airport hotel in the area. We were happily surprised. I DEFINITELY recommend it. We are from USA.
I was extremely surprised by the quality of the hotel-it is modern with quality fittings. The room was very large with two double beds. The bathroom equals was again very large and had an excellent shower and a full spa bath. It is located close to the airport but the surrounding area is not for tourists. Ms Nguyen went out of her way and spoke to the driver of a bus from Ha Giang to tell him to make a special stop to drop us close to the hotel. This saved me from goung all the way into Hanoi...
This was a nice basic hotel, less than 10 minutes from the airport. The room was large, with AC, fan and wifi. My room was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, but the front desk guy carried my heavy suitcase upstairs. Just be aware of the stairs. In the morning, there is a coffee shop just 20 feet away across the ally from the front desk. Good for a one-night stay on a layover.
