"Staff were very helpful and friendly in general. I had to move rooms due to the suffocating heat on the 3 rd floor which could not be turned off in the room I was initially in. Did not sleep at all the first 2 nights until I asked to be moved. Next room was cooler but bed very lumpy. I was given a discount of one night from my bill and the group manager Lisa was very helpful. "

"Room was very small and check-in time of 16.00 is very late for check-in which lead to going for lunch at 14.00 on arrival for long lunch which meant it removed the need for dinner in the evening. Spa needed to be booked for 1.5hr slotts and cost of €25 per person."

"It's a great hotel. Actually it's the best hotel I have stayed in Ireland so far. The room is spacious and very clean. The staff are wonderful. And it's right in the middle of the town and we walked everywhere. The tour agency is two minutes walk away and the horse carriage ride is another minute walk. Not to mention that it's so close to the entrance of National Park."
