Fantastic, outstanding place! Super clean, comfortable, nice, quiet, very friendly and so kind hosts (husband and wife), excellent breakfast with tasty homemade sweets, freshly made exquisite coffee, wonderful location near lake, stable Wi-Fi, the most pleasant stay one could only imagine, astonishing experience! Lovely, 10+ stars!!!

Hotel was walking distance to the city and shopping. For those not inclined to walk the hotel provided tram tickets for the duration of the stay! The hotel also had a great continental breakfast and the staff was EXCELLENT! Very friendly, accommodating and very informative- also spoke excellent English which was a bonus! Planning on staying there again on my next trip to Bern!

This Hotel is wonderful in every way! The staff was very accommodating and surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which had a huge balcony, kitchen, 2 baths and a living room. Did I mention 2 TVs! The breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh fruit, which I appreciated, meats, cheeses, eggs, assortment of breads and pastries. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, the people that worked there were very personable and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable and having parking next to the building was very convenient. The location was perfect for what we wanted and needed.

Very nice hotel not far from the old section of Bern. Rooms modern and clean. 15 minutes from train station.

We are seniors in our 70s and 60s visiting Switzerland for the 1st time. We reserved 1-night stay in Hotel National Bern thru Hotel.com then decided to use Bern as base to do day trips, but at last minute no more room available thru Hotel.com. We reserved additional 3 nights thru Hotel National’s web site. During checking-in, Lady Tanja at reception desk looked at our physical conditions and offered possibility of 4-night stay without changing room. There were difficulties of two reservations in...

Pretty new hotel. Right next to the train/bus station, very convenient if travelling without a car. Room was big and clean. Shower was amazing. Close to Delemont old town (very small city anyway).

Its a great hotel. Worth every penny and more. It is an apartment which has 3 rooms. We were put in the room with King bed. There were 2 bathrooms shared between 3 rooms. but since one room was empty, we were given one bathroom with no one sharing with us. the room was very clean and everything was smelling fresh and new. it was very comfy. the apartment has a kitchen, which we used to make vegetarian food for us. the super market is just below the building so you can get the groceries and cook....

Hotel is very clean, the service friendly and the breakfast well served. the restaurant has a rather limited menu but all the dishes were excellent! There is just no so much to see directly around and the village is rather very calm. Good place for a relaxing weekend and some walk in the surrounding forest and lakes. Some minor points: the shower is not really top and the walls of the room are rather thin. If do you have no neighbor it is ok otherwise ...

Excellent property, but slightly noisy because of the industrial area.

Loved the look of the hotel room, as well as the location. Was easy to walk downtown and explore on foot to locations I had saved. Definitely would recommend to people. The rooftop was also a nice bonus
