Free wifi, a fridge, a cheap price for a great location, the rooms were clean and without any bugs or lizards (which I’ve heard is a problem in Cambodia — a first for a New Yorker like me) and the staff was extremely nice. The owner of the hotel (who often sat at the front desk herself) gave me advice on what to see and would even purchase tickets for me for the next day so I didn’t have to worry about it! We found this boutique hotel very affordable. The staff is super friendly and attentive. It was easy to schedule guided tours, dance dinner show and massage treatment with the hotel at a reasonable price (for tourists). The pool area is nice and hotel is located next to a convenient store and it is walking distance to the old market and pub street.
The staff is awesome. However i didn't stay one night there because the lock box was wooden lol and i had a lot of USD i kept with me. I needed a metal safe so i found another hotel the same day. I never requested a refund for the week i didn't stay. Not a problem, the people need the money more than me. I do however go back everyday to bring cat food for the cats and i eat at the restaurant there. The food is really good and worth just going for that.
I loved this hotel. It’s beautiful, the staff are amazing. There are two pools, a great dining area and the rooms are large and clean with great AC a big nice bathroom, all very modern and in great shape. I would definitely come here again.
Wonderful hotel in the best location in Siem Reap. Everything about it was perfect: comfortable, clean, quiet room, modern amenities, wonderful breakfast (bar ala carte), gorgeous salt water infinity pool on a rooftop terrace. Friendly staff. We upgraded our room to junior suite and really enjoyed how spacious and comfortable it was. Good restaurant for lunch and dinner with good vegetarian options. We will remember our stay here with fondness.
This was hotel was so awesome! The hospitality is just be the best we have ever had. The welcome food and drink, free airport transfers and the breakfast were all incredible bonuses. The staff was so kind and helpful. Our room was great and so new and clean. It was a great location to walk to the markets and easily taking Tuk Tuk to downtown at $2 per way. We really, really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend anything Lotus Blanc !!!
