We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean. They did our clothes/laundry within a few hours. We weren't right by the tourist area of Siem Reap but taking a Grab is quick and cheap.

We booked a premier room cabana.it was excellent and spacious, with the pool just outside your door. Loved the wonderful replica of ancient statutes throughout the hotel. Staff very friendly and it was quite easy to book a tuk tuk for transportation.

The hotel room was fairly spacious and clean and it was nice to take a dip in the pool. We also ended up using a tour of Angkor Watt through this hotel and it was super helpful to have everything organised.

The hotel staff are wonderful, and the restaurant was absolutely delicious! They were incredibly accommodating—when I requested a room on a higher floor, they moved me immediately. Throughout my stay, the team was responsive, friendly, and respectful, which made a big difference. The location is excellent, and I really enjoyed the pool—it was the perfect temperature and very clean. I also loved the thoughtful touch of fresh fruit being left in my room every day. I highly recommend this hotel!

8/10 Very good

Excellent staff. Very welcoming, attentive and friendly. The hotel looks the part for your Angkor experience. My only criticism would be the shower / toilet area in our room. The toilet roll holder was against the back wall, instead of either wall on the sides, making it difficult to reach. Our shower faucet was sticky, i.e. it was either a trickle of water or full blast. The shower head was also fixed, so you could not turn it away from yourself if needed. The temperature control was also either cold or scalding hot. These combination of issues then made it that you either had cold water blasting you or being scalded by extremely hot water. It took 10min to finesse the correct temperature. 😅 It would be a simple fix, and not anything that would take away from the overall pleasant experience of the hotel.
