"Huge hotel with 3 buildings. We didn't realise how big so it does take time to get to your room but it is really clean and spacious. We had no problems with the room, it was great. The breakfast has a lot of variety and it's very good. The pools are also nice and quiet and there is direct hotel access to cat co beach 1 and 2 is amazing. They also arranged a tour for us of Lan Ha bay and it was brilliant. We got collected right from the hotel and left back. Location was slightly out from the main...

"We really appreciated the kind and helpful staff. They were amazing. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. The breakfast buffet was great as well. We would definitely stay there again"

"Amazing host. Can't give my compliments enough to Dat. He cared for each of us like we were a member of his family and I can say to any traveller you will always be in safe hands. He knows all the best spots to go and has access to some of the best restaurants on the island. On top of this the hotel was modern, clean and the restaurants food was incredible. I literally can't think of a single issue with Seoul 2."

"We had a fantastic time at Flamingo Cat Ba! Our concierge, Tran, was always super helpful and friendly coming with recommendations for what to do on the island and also sorting out bookings and scooter rentals for a good price. The views from this hotel are next to none, wake up to sunrise over Ha Long Bay, absolutely magical! And the breakfast and dinner buffet was very varied and tasty. 10/10 experience🙌"

"Hotel was clean and staff, like most Vietnamese were lovely, very friendly and very helpful. Hard to get any information from hotel due to a little bit of communication breakdown on the day we tried, but there are plenty of tour shops around the area. A lot of construction across the road, but it will be amazing when finished."

"Clean room, great view, helpful staff, good breakfast."
