The executive room was modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout — except at the bar. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel.
Very affordable and clean. Be aware the hotel is outdated but dont let that deter you. Still very good in a very walkable are and plaza mall is across the street.
My time at the Pullman Bucharest was wonderful. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, which made me smile every time I walked through it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location just a 5-minute walk from the airport. The on-site restaurant is very nice as is the gym, which has weights and cardio equipment. Staff was friendly. The noon checkout time is nice for later flights.
The location is good – with nearby parking that's not too expensive and a metro station within a 10-minute walk. The rooms are nicely decorated. The staff at the front desk is amazing. The breakfast is rich, tasty, and surprisingly vegan friendly (unfortunately, not celiac friendly). We would love to return.

They have a world class chef working at the hotel. I’ve stayed in at least a hundred Marriotts in the USA but this was my first Marriott in Europe. The food was terrific and the bar service was clean and neat. I appreciated how most everyone spoke great English. My room was clean and I had a great view of the city. Easy access to the Metro from here and calling an Uber was easy thanks to their front drive way. I will come back.
