Their attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth made the experience feel incredibly personal — from arranging our excursions to ensuring that even our smallest preferences were remembered. They made us feel at home while delivering 5-star service throughout our stay. The kitchen team — Chef Susantha, Chef Raja, and Kolith — deserve special mention. Every meal was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, whether we opted for Sri Lankan specialties or Western dishes. We originally booked our stay with breakfast included, but were pleasantly surprised to find a full à la carte menu available daily from 7am to 10pm, with the staff ready to serve lunch and dinner as well.
