"Staff very helpful and pleasant"

"Very helpful team all friendly and go out of their way to accommodate all your needs. Hotel going through a refurbishment, when it’s all done I’m sure it will be excellent"

"Beautiful location to unwind. Most staff were super friendly and helpful, younger staff were harder work. Harry on the outside bar was a dude and the maturer lady in the spa doing tests and maintaining the areas (she gave name at time but was on the second bottle of fizz!) was super nice and friendly. And the ladies on reception were very friendly. Will definitely be returning, but is a luxury, so will need to save. Perfect for couples and friends to unwind and connect."

"Stayed in " snug " room which was much bigger than I expected with a frosted window so no actual view outside( though this wasnt a problem) good location.good communication .we had no problems with self checkin etc. Room & bathroom were good. Only thing missing was perhaps a small fridge ."
