The rooms are spacious. The staffs are really nice even over the phone. The place is clean. Their food was really good. This hotel is good for family or big family gathering, group of friends and also good for couples too.

I enjoyed the hotel, the staff was wonderful and the people who arranged out tours were also wonderful. The neighborhood is a little rough and you’re kind of far away from Cebu city if that’s important to you. I liked the stay and would stay again. And the buffets were delicious.
The Karancho has nice comfortable rooms, with balcony dining. The service is always great. The Karancho has a beach and easy access to dinning, malls, transportation. You are never very far from anything. The staff is very hospitable. They offer breakfast. You are not stuck in the room like most hotels until you decide to go out. My choice every time. Excellent.
Amazing hotel with VERY HELPFUL staff. Girl friend forgot where she parked the car, then to top it off she lost the keys. Hotel staff tried to open car once they found it. They were unsuccessful so they arranged a locksmith to open it and make a new key.
The staff were so polite and the service was fantastic. They helped us figure out transportation, held doors and took care of our luggage. Best hotel stay I have ever had.
WOW WOW WOW, I am a pilot and stay in hotels all over the USA. I have been here to Philippines 4 times and this is the most amazing place I have stayed yet. I know its new but it is defiantly a top notch Marriot. All the staff are so amazing and personal. I enjoy all the updated features, ac is perfect, lights are bright and work, shower has HOT Water one thing most hotels here DON'T HAVE ANY OF!!!!!!!!!! I did not know that this resort was undergoing a soft opening upon our visit. We had searched on Agoda and Orbitz and this place kept popping up. Photos looked good and the rates seemed a good value. We booked 4 days 3 nights here in a standard room. Although Google maps took us off-roading we finally got on track and arrived safely. Staff is UNMATCHED and superb. Hotel sits right on the beach with 2 pools. There are plenty of beach chairs by the pool and on the beach.
