The hotel is family friendly which we loved. Check in was smooth and really appreciated the upgrade. The spa service was excellent, the ladies were courteous and professional. The staff were helpful, especially in assisting in hiring an early morning transfer to the airport. Unfortunately due to our early departure (6am), we were unable to enjoy a second day’s breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However we did not know until it was too late that the mini-bar items had a cost, and we paid unexpectedly for 2 juices. I would have appreciated a “big sign” on the mini-bar listing the costs of the items. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay.

We used Hyatt as the base for our Morocco visit. Took day long private tours of Casablanca & Rabat, Marrakech and Fes. Hyatt staff, facilities and location are very good. Took much help from concierge and front desk staff. Dinners at in-house Moroccan and French restaurants were enjoyable with good food and service. The former had live performances by a belly dancer, musician or singer. The only thing we did not like was the far back location of exercise room.

Our stay at Le Doge immensely enhanced our brief stopover at Casablanca. This beautiful hotel was generous in its hospitality, helped with tours, transfers and dining reservations. The rooftop terrace breakfast was delightful as was the exquisite tagine dinner at Le Jasmine. The art deco ambience was so reminiscent of old Hollywood complementing our reserved tables at Rick's Cafe. Loved walking the neighborhood- wished so much that we had stayed longer. We stayed at Melliber for our one day transit through Casablanca. It's obviously super convenient to the Hassan II Mosque, but it was a surprise to find such a kind staff, very comfortable accommodations (modern, but not kitschy), and good food at the restaurant. The breakfast is a great spread. And if you find yourself there on a Friday, make sure to try the Friday couscous after noon prayers. We travelled with our 11 month son who was welcomed by all of the staff and were very accommodating...
