Wonderful staff who were warm and extremely helpful. The room was noisy during the day but quiet at night. Plenty of hot water for nighttime showers. Conveniently located near the train station.

Great nice stuff very friendly and helped us big time with our luggages and moving to the train station. Very nice lady at the restaurant makes delicious Moroccan crepes at breakfast. Thank you so much for making our stay easy and safe

Convenient location near train station. Some rooms have mini-fridge and bathtub, a rarity in this country. Friendly helpful staff. Restaurant and hammam were undergoing renovation when I stayed in Feb 2024. Sadly, my room 503 had bedbugs.

Nice room for price and location. You can't come to it with modern western expectations. That said the hospitality was wonderful and I slept well. They kept our bags for us while we saw casa.

We stayed there for the convenience of the train station and taxi rank. Don’t stay there if you are in Casablanca for longer than one night and want to see the mosques, palaces, medina, etc 😎

Horrible staff. Only good thing about this property is its great location. With the exception of two women staff at reception and a security man, rest of the staff is horrible. They don’t care about customers at all. It was Ramadan time. All cafe and restaurants in the neighborhood were closed. Hotel restaurant staff refused to provide any food from morning till night to customers saying they are busy cooking food for staff who are fast.
