"Clean room, staff was great"

"Room was spacious but the bathroom was uncomfortably small; room heater was effective but quite noisy. Staff were very courteous. Will visit again."

"Front desk staff lovely and helpful. Parking is an issue. Parking garage next door to hotel, across dark alley full of drug users. Garage is beyond dicey. Dark and insecure. Homeless and criminals walking through constantly. "

"The shower had mold in it, and the bathroom in general was very warn out (no stopper for the sink, missing pieces of wallpaper, poorly repainted tub. etc.). "

"I asked for another blanket. never got one. One of the lamps was broken and two missing light bulbs. Made it hard to see. Definately couldn't read. The toilet seat was ready to come off. Wasn't fixed until the next day. Was hard to use with a very loose seat, was concerned I would slide off and get hurt. The tub had no safety bars, I had to be very carfull using it, espcially with no safety strips in the tub. Was very concerned of having a fall in the slippery tub. I expected to make a cup of tea, but nothing in my room, I was told to go across the street to Tim Hortons. Would be good for travellers using if for a one night stay."

"It was dirty, the shower was gross and had old hair in it, the carpet had crumbs everywhere, the sink had dirt in it, there were people knocking on the glass door in the morning, and the key cards were not working well, glitching and gave us trouble getting back into our room. it was just not a pleasant stay. Definitely need to change these things and have better security because having people roaming around knocking on the doors is quite scary. "
