This is a great spot to stay. Super clean, walkable to everything, amazing staff. We loved the outdoor kitchen that is for everyone, so you have the option to bring your own food. Rooms are very clean and cozy. Breakfast is bread, fruit, coffee, and tea. They have espresso maker and milk foamer which is lovely. They also have parking if you have your own car off the street, which is a bonus. Highly recommended!

Stayer overnight. Staff was very helpful upon our arrival and provided with info and instructions pertinent to our stay. Left early morning and missed the breakfast.

A beautiful well kept hotel a half-block from the central plaza. We loved the big open feel of the courtyard, bar, pool, and dining area of the historic Spanish architecture. Our room was nice and airy too. Super quiet at night. We liked the honey shampoo and the chocolate soap bar. The little things. Lastly, the ADO station is a short walk away as is most everything a visitor to Valladolid might wish. We’re talking Ek Balam, Chichan Itza, and many many cenotes.

Really lovely Spanish style home, beautifully remodeled into a boutique hotel. Very helpful staff. Good continental breakfast included (extra for full meal). Beautiful garden areas with small swimming pool and artwork around the complex. Great neighborhood around the Convent of San Bernadino of Siena. Casa San Juan is not a Marriot or a Hilton, but that’s the best part! The owners & staff are amazing and the place has so much charm! Johnny at the restaurant will take excellent care of you! The food is delicious and the breakfast buffet was the best! Valladolid was our first stop in the Yucatán Casa San Juan was our first hotel. We spent a month in the Yucatán and we missed Casa San Juan after our 3 night stay there! We walked everywhere in Valladolid! That being said, there a plenty of taxis...

Arrive late from Cuba took a taxi from ADO station given time and traveling alone. As soon a the taxi pulled up a hostess walked out to greet me. Walked down a dim lit pebble walk way to the front desk/lobby hang out area. Instantly felt like back in a cozy loft. Murals, books wooden tables, chairs, full stocked bar and plenty of cozy arm chairs. Perfect spot to curl up w a book or simply sip on a drink while listen to soft background music.
