"We had a great stay overall! Highlights included the exceptional staff, gorgeous sea views right off the beach, and the beautifully maintained grounds. A couple of small drawbacks: the pool water was consistently lukewarm and didn't offer a refreshing cool-down on hot days. The restaurant also disappointed us in terms of service and food quality for a four-star property and its high prices, though town has amazing local spots to eat instead. Despite these minor points, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again when back in Mazunte."

"Beautiful location! Tranquil retreat, amazing food, very friendly and helpful staff. We booked some tours through the hotel as well and our guide was fantastic. We had a great experience. The hotel offered early morning coffee before the restaurant opened to enjoy out by the pool or on the beach. The restaurant had very friendly and diligent wait staff. Every meal and beverage I ordered was my favorite. Every employee we spoke to was always happy to help. It was in the 80’s-90’s during our visit and the A/C in the room worked perfectly. We rented a car and found it easy to drive to Puerto Escondido to explore the town (though navigation became a little more difficult at night.) 10/10 hope to return!"

"Tuvimos mala suerte y no había servicio de restaurante y al encontrarse en una colina pronunciada se dificulta el ascenso y descenso. El hotel está un poco descuidado. No obstante, todo el personal es muy amable y dispuesto. "
