Wonderful property with an excellent restaurant. All staff helpful. 15 min to historic district and 45 min to airport with minimal traffic. Nice Park across the street for walking or excercise.
This hotel is in a pleasant and easily walkable neighborhood. The rooms are nice, it's quiet, it's kept clean, and the rooftop deck is awesome.
But the best part is Emilio. He rushed out to help us with parking before we even got to the door. He reassured us about our travel plans after the disturbing events of late February 2026. If you're going to Ciudad Oaxaca, this is where you should stay.

The only problem I recommend to be done to our room is to fix the drainage in the shower drain system. The water stays in the area and it doesn’t drain properly.

It is a 10 room hotel family operated and always available to help and guide visitors. Both Sylvia and Clara were welcoming attentive. Breakfast is made very morning at the request of the guest with one day advance notice at a very reasonable additional fee. Great old school Hotel sure it’s older but beautiful property staff was great. Pool was nice not too far from the central. They always have a taxi waiting there for you to go or you can walk probably your 10 or 15 minute walk-through Oaxaca.
