The property is beautiful, the staff were exceedingly friendly and we got another room, as the aircon in our first room was broken, the treatments at the spa are really nice, breakfast was prepared with attention to detail. Very good value for money.

Free made to order hot breakfast. Large hotel room. 5 minute walk to the Canal Walk Mall from room and by the way their Mall is the BOMB.

Friendly staff, easy shuttle service, beautiful hotel. Very fun bar and great breakfast buffet daily.

The hotel staff went above and beyond helping us, even after we checked out and had to make it to the airport for a late flight. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel, though the V&A area is a bit of a hike - took us about 25 minutes. Breakfast is delicious.
