The best accommodations we've had in Italy. The rooms are so cute! The stone walls, brick ceiling, and chandelier... I felt like I woke up in a castle. The entire property is just beautiful!! Amazing place to stay! It is the little things that make this place one of a kind: like two suitcase stands in the room. We had two wonderful days at Hotel Kursaal. The owner, Bruno, was extremely helpful, and the hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming. Both the hotel and restaurant exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, as it is an easy walk into town. The hotel is very well-maintained, and our room had a lovely view of serene Lake Trasimeno.

This was a very special place for my husband and me. We felt relaxed and pampered in a perfect Italian countryside environment. A friend recommended it to me and she was spot on! The villa was breath taking! We were there for one night and we wished we could come back for so many more! Honestly anyone who could have a wedding there should think about it! The pool overlooking the countryside was one of the best views I’ve ever had. The massage was wonderful. The grounds were beautiful. And the restaurant courtyard was magical. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious. There is a large shower. The outdoor courtyard gives a welcome space outdoors. There was an amazing cooked to order hot breakfast included. Which gave real value to the booking. It is convenient to walk into the historic city. There is good parking accommodation. Staff are very attentive to your needs and welcoming.

Beautiful, seculded hilltop estate with great view and beautiful grounds. Nice pool. Hosts were warm and inviting and dinner of regional cuisine was good. Rooms are large and relatively sparse with minimal amenities, and beware there is no A/C. Breakfast was simple. They produce award winning olive oil available for purchase.

Scott and his team provided an amazing experience. The service is fantastic and the property and grounds are impressive. We’ll be going back in October!
