It's hard to list a downside to this hotel, except for its location, which is a bit far from central Bari. However this was not an issue for me this time as I was attending a conference nearby. Breakfast was good, and there was a free snack/drinks bar that was open 24 hours. The hotel can be reached by taxi from Bari station at a flat rate of 10 euro (the hotel front desk states 13 euro). Enjoyed the stay and would stay there again.
This hotel certainly exhibits five star ratings in every area . The breakfast buffet was outstanding and we definitely enjoyed the fresh fruit juices .
It's a hotel that's not in the center of Bari. I chose it more for its convenience in visiting other nearby cities besides Bari. The hotel is well-maintained, as are the rooms, though nothing fancy. It's a good hotel for the price.

This hotel is an easy walk from the main train station, and is about 10 minutes' walk south of the main attractions of old town Bari. Instead of bottled water, they give you a portable bottle "gift" that you can fill with cold water at a dispenser on each floor. There is also a refrigerator in the room, and an electric grate in front of the window that you can close at night to keep out street noise and light.
Norberto and staff were amazing. The room was clean and spacious with a modern/contemporary feel. The complimentary snacks and breakfast was an added bonus. I would definitely return!

Can get a better location, mix of right in the center of everything and just 1/2 block from train. Super modern place with everything you need. Very authentic room with nice helpful staff. Highly recommend here while in Bari .
The room was amazing and had everything we needed for our stay, including drinks. Very spacious and clean with such attention to detail. Elisabetta was lovely and so accommodating. She was quick to respond to any request and provided helpful information and suggestions. The parking spot was a great bonus as parking in the area is challenging. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great selection of choices. Sadly we only stayed one night but if we ever come back to the area, this is the first...
