"Nice and clean room, helpful staff at the reception, wide choice at the breakfast buffet. The spa is very nice, but quite a lot of wasps/bees this time of year (early august). Not only at the salty whirlpool which has a warning sign, but large numbers around the outdoor cooling lake and the outdoor showers by the lake. Also, there was still reconstruction works at the spa going on. When I booked the stay, it was written it would be over by then, but it wasn’t."

"The hotel Is in a great convenient location in the city centre and close to public transit. There's a bar next door that can be noisy until past midnight. In the summer, the room air conditioning is nice relief when it's hot outside."

"Everything is ok especially the breakfast.Two things that annoys me is that I checked out at Friday and told the front desk that I wanted to book Sunday,when I back at Sunday,nobody knows.It took me over half an hour to check in again. Also I lost a charger in the room but they said they didn’t find it which didn’t make sense to me at all."
