We had a delightful two night stay at the Hotel Europa. Our room was lovely and spacious, breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I wanted a hotel near to the Vila Tugenhat and tram lines that would be good for an overnight stay. Hotel Europa met my needs. It isn't fancy, but the staff are welcoming, friendly, and informative and helpful. The rooms could do with renovation, but they are spacious, comfortable and clean. I was on the top floor in hot weather, but opening the skylights at night and air con at other times fixed that. The breakfast in the morning was a real spread of hot and cold options and very delicious. I was very happy at Hotel Europa

Charming Spot in Brno

The hotel was nice, with lovely architecture (I loved the inside stairs; US hotels frequently have hideous utilitarian staircases). The bathroom in our room didn’t have a lot of counter space, and there are 5 steps up from the street which were a bit of a struggle with my suitcase, but otherwise, it was very nice, with a pretty view (and a flower box) out the window. The breakfast was lavish and varied, with dessert foods as well as more usual breakfast fare.
