This hotel was excellent! It’s very clean and right across the street from a beautiful and huge beach! Our room had a terrace/balcony overlooking the main beach. And the view was amazing! Unfortunately, when we arrived we found out that the beaches in the area were all closed due to finding a bacteria in the water that made children very sick but not adults. Highly recommend Pensione Sorriso for a stay in Vernazza. Evelyn was a wonderful host and went beyond expectations in helping us enjoy our stay. The hotel has a bright breakfast area/lobby and a nice patio/garden to enjoy. We stayed in a room with a private bath and balcony. Although no sea view from the rooms, there is one from the patio and the sea is only a two or three minute walk from the hotel.

5 Terre Pelagos was an incredible place to stay. My wife and I stayed in Paris, Rome, Florence, Venice and Cinque Terre and this was our favorite hotel by far. Loris, the receptionist was extremely helpful. She personally walked us to our room and even booked us a reservation at an amazing restaurant next to the hotel. Clean, comfortable and detailed. Definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Manarola.
