Hotel Villa Gionna is remotely located and would be hard to reach without a car. This being said the staff were friendly and helpful, the grounds were immaculately kept. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately the vineyard next door was closed for the August Holiday as we had hoped to visit.
The accommodations were wonderful and the staff was welcoming and helpful in giving us ideas for places to visit. We enjoyed breakfast by the pool each morning. We look forward to staying here again!

This hotel is clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. The owner kindly waived our fees. They serve a lovely breakfast featuring aromatic mocha coffee. The area around is charming, with plenty of traditional restaurants to choose from.
This hotel is LITERALLY across from Juliet’s Balcony, and in the heart of it all. When we first got there I won’t lie, I was definitely concerned about being dead center of a huge tourist spot, but the noise at night wasn’t an issue at all. They lock the gate and only hotel guests can come in and out (so save trying to see the balcony for after hours unless you want to go inside). We stayed here for one night with our family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Gardaland Resort, which was perfect for our plans. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. We had a completely positive experience and would happily stay here again.
I spent three nights at the hotel during a business trip to Verona. My room was both beautiful and comfortable. It was relatively spacious for Italy and had everything I needed (including a small umbrella). The hotel is located on the Piazza Santa Anastasia adjacent to the Basillica. It is a short walk to the Piazza Erbe, the center of the ancient city. I enjoyed my stay very much and look forward to returning.
