Very organised and tidy hotel. Quiet, comfortable and good value for Money and lots to choose from at breakfast. Walk to centre was around 30 minutes. Supermarket next door if need for stocking up for a road trip

The lobby looks good and we got a “free upgrade” which was very nice. Those were the only positives about the hotel: The hotel is outdated. It looks like an American horror movie from the 80’s. The airconditioning is a myth and fake; confirmed by staff We were in the renovated rooms on the fifth floor and it was WAY too hot to sleep. 28 degrees in our room! So we go to the staff that our AC isn’t working and they tell us that the whole system is controlled by the reception, the WHOLE AC system of the hotel. The displays in the room are fake, and don’t do anything. That’s what staff told us. We had so many night were we couldn’t sleep because it was to hot in our room! Everything looks cheap and the elevators are extremely slow. Lucky us that 1 of the 2 elevators wasn’t working so we had to wait for so long. And you’re not even in the centre of Verona so location also isn’t great.

Was fine for one night. Excellent welcome at reception from the extremely helpful Lorenzo. INTERNET was down and one broken lift, leaving only one - observed staff member being extremely rude to another guest shouting at them when they understandably enquired about the INTERNET. Breakfast really good quality but after coach parties departed fruit and yoghurts not replenished leaving little for other guests.

This hotel is sadly aging and the pictures do not reflect the reality. The hotel is old and getting below international standard: dusty rooms, old bathrooms, uninsulated widows (for noise), slow elevator, dark breakfast room… Staff is nice and smily but the hotel is not worth being visited until renovated Not coming back
