Nice place to stay, great price

Fantastic room and view. Mosquitos were out in force so I stayed indoors. Otherwise I would’ve loved to hang out by the pool and enjoy the countryside view.

We loved the room, the bed, the amenities and the breakfast at this hotel. We had trouble finding it, but once we did it was fine. It's at the far edge of a very large shopping complex; nothing charming about the neighborhood. But the hotel itself is excellent.

We stayed here for our first anniversary vacation around Italy. Before I go into any other details I just need to take a second to say the front desk staff were super kind and helpful. Jasmine was especially awesome. She helped us with questions about using the trains, laundry services in the area and even getting us a taxi when needed. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff was helpful and gracious. They kept our bags for us upon arrival and when we left, we had some to Waste after checkout. One staff member even can Out to keep us informed Ed about when the taxi will arrive. The whole hotel is cute, fun,and clean, even our room. Breakfast offered a wide variety to meet anyone’s food preference. I would go back if I ever get to Verano again.

Great hotel, good value!

This hotel has maintained its good standards (we have been there many times). The rooms are not large, but very clean. The staff was very helpful, including organizing our taxi to and from the opera. The breakfast had good variety, and outdoor dining available.

Very nice hotel, close to the airport. Clean rooms, shuttle to the airport is complimentary.

We stayed in the Tosca room. It was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. Staff had great recommendations for local dining. We were served an excellent breakfast in our room. Our only regret is that we stayed only one night. Tip: if you’re driving, call the hotel first and give them your license plate number so you can drive through the restricted old town to drop your luggage at the hotel before going to off-site parking.

The hotel is quite good, clean with a big garden. The problem is it located in a quite isolated area. So, if you have no personal transportation then travelling by public transport is very difficult.
