We stayed 4 nights this week at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The staff is so service-minded and nice and friendly and really make an effort so that you feel very spoiled. The view from the roof top terrace is spectacular, we could also listen to the opera at the Arena. The breakfast is very good and the service fantastic. The hotel is in the centre and you can walk everywhere. If I visit Verona again I will definitely stay here! Thank you!

This hotel has as good service from the lovely staff as I have had in any hotel around the world. From moment we arrived. They welcomed us with smiles, coffee/water, had room ready early, arranging food delivery, making us hot chocolate after a night out, and the offer of private complimentary use of hot tub on the roof just a few things that made our stay special. Location was spectacular, breakfast amazing and loved that there were bikes outside to borrow to explore. Breakfast was fresh with huge range. Excellent crispy bacon. 100% recommend the Milano Hotel to anyone.. solo, couple or group.

The room was lovely - clean and well appointed, the food was excellent- everything you want for breakfast, and the location is fabulous for exploring. But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were friendly, out going, helpful and genuinely lovely people. They could not have done anything more to make our stay better.

Excellent Location, could not fault any aspect of this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Travelled with son who has food allergies and he was extremely well catered for. One particular member of staff stood out and that was Michaela in the breakfast room. Definitely recommend.

This hotel is amazing and in a perfect location. The breakfast is incredible, and the view from the bar is absolutely breathtaking. The real highlight, though, is the staff. Everyone is so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. After a week there, we truly felt like we were among friends. We already miss Mia, the hotel’s dog, who would always greet us with her tail wagging. Definitely one of the highlights of our time in Verona, and we can’t wait to come back!
