Breakfast on rooftop with spectacular views. Everything touristic easily walkable, restaurants galore.
The only issue for some people would be that you have to walk up to the third floor, no elevator in the old palazzo.

Our hosts were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and where/ when to catch the train to Cefalu. The breakfasts were delicious, and the location was close to the center of town. I would not recommend driving in Palermo.
This property is an oasis of quiet in a noisy city. The private garden is beautifully landscaped with a small swimming pool. Our room and bathroom were surprisingly large, with high ceilings. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff is helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel!
This was an excellent stay. Martina was so communicative and helpful at all times. Even when I had to teach her in evenings. Giuseppe was also a great help when my husband left his eye drops medication. Willing to ship next day. The room was spacious and very clean. In a busy street but soundproof windows with shutters. In the middle of everything going on in Palermo. I would recommend this hotel 1000%

Loved the place. It’s beautiful, clean, and couldn’t be in a better location. Arrival by car was excellent with valet parking service. The owner personally welcomed us and made us feel relaxed, explained everything well, and gave us great recommendations for Palermo. The only thing that was not great is that we were 15 mins late to check out (at 11:15) and the person at the front desk made a big deal about that. This was a little tricky to find, with the chaotic streets and traffic, but Alessandro came to the rescue,found us and drove us to his lovely B & B. Once there it was a wonderful spot to explore by foot. Beautiful rooms and wonderful staff.
Il Giardino di Ballarò is a small boutique hotel located right in the center of the old, historic part of Palermo not more than a 10 min walk from most of the sights. It is a very cozy and modern accommodation, and has a lot of character. We felt very welcomed as soon as we walked in - the staff is very welcoming and friendly, offered us refreshments and then provided us with a lot of useful sightseeing and dinning tips. Nice breakfast that you can have inside or in the outdoor private garden....
Spacious rooms with amazing staff. Emmanuela and her colleague were very hospitable and informative. We enjoyed our stay although it was brief, it was memorable. Pizza restaurant is a must try if you’re staying at BB22.
