"Great location, across from the main park and truly a 4 star hotel (we had some bad experiences in Gran Canaria with a so called 4star). We had a room in the 1st floor with exit to an interior patio with greenery and sitting sofas, lovely! Great staff too! Would stay here again! "

"Bonne localisation, à proximité (15min de marche) du Cruise terminal et prêt des principales rues populaires. Très grande chambre avec salon et semi-balcon. Propre et accueillant, personnel sympathique "

"Clean room, staff was accommodating. Breakfast was decent but not many options. Dinner was nicely presented but main dishes can be quite salty. We were told they had parking but when we arrived, we were told it was closed and had to find local parking lot which was a struggle when staff is not able to give you a Google location of it and directs it on a paper map. It would have been helpful if the hotel could notify us about that prior to arrival. "
