Hotels in Golden Oak

"Honestly, I think you’re better off just going to Super.com and looking for a hotel in Orlando for the dates you need. This place is fine, I guess, but there’s really nothing outstanding about it. They have a pool, but plenty of other hotels have pools too, and there’s nothing special about this one. The best thing about the hotel is probably the shuttle service to the parks. Other than that, the food there is not very good, and even the staff who are supposed to help with park tickets seem pretty mid in the quality of service they provide. They also do not do a good job of breaking down the cost. They give you one price, and then you end up getting charged something different. It just feels like they do not really care about being clear or upfront. Overall, I feel like I could have done better than Dockside."

"Large rooms, lots of space and well supplied kitchens. Property had a lot of entertainment. Pools were nice but very crowded. Spray park was fun but severely understaffed which caused most rides to be closed."

"Very convenient location. Clean property, large rooms and felt luxurious. Only wish the rooms were a little more sound proof. "

"Rooms were quiet and spotlessly clean. Unit missing hand soap in guest washroom and only provided 6 pool towels instead of 8. Definitely NOT enough working elevators for a resort of that size. Competition for poolside loungers first thing in the morning and 80% of sun umbrellas were missing the piin to hold them open. Water park enjoyable, arcade and mini-golf were fun for the younger children. If we booked again, we would specify room on first or second floor and nearer the pool area."
