Loved the place . The breakfast buffet was 25 dollars per person food was cold not worth 25 per person 100 dollars for family of 4 for cold food Other than that great place . Don’t recommend the breakfast

I loved the decor and ambiance of this charming hotel. It was comfortable and so very pleasing in appearance. The lobby was like a beautiful living room with a fire going in the fireplace and a vase of flowers on the table. The first thing you see when the elevator doors open are two cozy wing chairs within a small library setting, a welcoming place to sit and relax and look through the books or drink coffee. And our room was beautiful, with french pane windows overlooking the Mississippi river...

Staff (Eboni) was very helpful and courteous checking in.

Right next to the Orpheum which was perfect because we were in Memphis to watch Mama Mia. 3 minute walk from the Hyatt to the Orpheum.

This hotel is a GEM in Memphis. The service is better than it should be. So easy to get in and out. We stay here once a month and it does not disappoint.

The only the negative is the tv wasn’t working. I called the front desk to let them know and she never sent anyone to fix it. Other than that the stay was good. The room was nice and clean. And it was next to restaurants

This is a brand-spanking new hotel; so new that it doesn't appear on some maps & taxi/Uber drivers have difficulty in locating it. It's near the Slim Chicken if drivers need directions. As it's fairly new, everything was clean & in excellent condition. The staff were very friendly. The price paid included an all-you-can-eat self-service continental breakfast, which included a range of cereals, fruit, hot waffles, yoghurt, toast, muffins, bacon, scrambled egg, cheesy-egg muffins. 4 different...

Location, it was near everything we came to Memphis to do, but far enough away, that we felt safe.

Our check in process was wonderful! Gabby was extremely friendly, efficient and remembered us every time we came through the lobby!

Great place to stay and an easy parking garage to find. On the down side, there were a couple stairs to get luggage from the car to the elevator! That was the only down side though.

Perfect for travelers and business alike. Excellent value for the money.
