"Beautiful and clean hotel steps away from historic La Villita and the Riverwalk. Very nice room appropriately appointed with a city view and near rooftop pool. Excellent desk staff, whom provided good information about hotel amenities and was quick to resolve a few service issues brought to their attention."

"For a Hyatt, too many things in the room did not work. Hit and miss, some units are old or face a wall. The female front desk supervisor drags down Hyatt's reputation."

"Very nice hotel, right on the river walk. Breakfast was not included in our room price, but the resort fee they charge can be applied towards breakfast or any other meal. So that covered the breakfast for one of us, which was nice. Staff was friendly and courteous. There was no rmicrowave in the room (we knew it - so no surprise) but it would have been helpful to have a MW in the room. Valet parking with the hotel is very expensive, but there was public parking available within a couple of blocks of the hotel for $9 per night (at Houston Street Garage)."

"Perfect location for walking around SA. Free parking compared to high valet costs at other hotels that are only 2-3 blocks closer to the river walk. Very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Could not have asked for a better stay. "
