The service and communication were excellent, the owner was warm and welcoming, breakfast was delicious and homemade, space was very clean, warm, cozy, and we even bought some eggs from the owner’s laying hens! Easy drive to hiking, maple sugar houses, and to sites in Portland. Would definitely go again.

This property was newly renovated and was in great condition. The staff took us in early and was very nice. We had the pool as well as a short walk to the lake. Very happy with our overall experience.

Upon check in we were greeted with warm chocolate chip cookies in our room! We had dinner that evening in their restaurant and the short ribs were delicious! The grounds around the property were impeccably manicured. The staff were very friendly and Jenn the owner even came and talked to us at our dinner there. We were very impressed.

What a beautiful house! The owners, Keith and Gretchen were so welcoming, as was their little dog Dolce. We loved how casual it was, the yummy breakfast (thank you, Keith) and the overall experience. Located in Cornish, Maine, it is walking distance to two restaurants (check out Krista's), and is just a few minutes from Hiram fair grounds. I have stayed here several times. It’s a great way to camp without all the fuss. You feel like you’re enjoying nature without having to pack a bunch of essentials. We stayed in a king bedroom with shower and bathroom. Everything you need is there and it’s close to grocery stores. The pond is wonderful. Great facility. For an inn with only 44 rooms, they had all the comforts of a much larger hotel. food was fantastic and REASONABLE. Service was great in all aspects, from grounds people to server, bartender and front desk girls. About 31 miles from Weirs Beach, but just a two minute walk to downtown. We will definatley return to this location. Also, a twice daily ferry ride leaves from the premises for only $12!!!

The cabin was impeccably clean, well appointed with cutlery, pans and utensils. The information book had clear directions to get to both of the association beaches. The host even had welcome snacks out which my kids greatly appreciated! The "shed of fun" was a huge hit with my pre-teens with basketball, foosball, ping pong and darts all available for them to play with. We had a great stay and would certainly re-book!
