"Beautiful spacious property in a nice neighborhood. Friendly breakfast staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome (thank you Edna and Allen). Would definitely stay here again. "

"This was good for a business trip, simple, quieter than downtown. Rather basic but clean. Free parking. Super basic breakfast. Comfortable."

"The breakfast was excellent. And the live music in the bar (singer/songwriter open mic) was a special Nashville touch!"

"Beautiful rooms. Helpful staff. Good location. Ticked all the boxes."

"Stayed at this hotel a few times and will stay again. Good location, with very good breakfast each day. Price is always good and great value for your money. Recommend if you are going to be in Nashville or Brentwood area."

"I enjoyed this stay! It was what I expected for the price and it was in a very convenient location. Breakfast was nice - the standard waffles, sausage, mini bagels, cereal, etc. It could be a little loud being right near the highway and the rail road tracks, but never to the point where it disturbed myself or my husband. Besides the occasional noise the location was awesome! It was right by the highway so it was easy to zip over to downtown Nashville or hit up the mall."

"Clean room and nice staff. Close and in walking distance to broadway."

"Great location. Close to all the places you’ve looking for in Nashville. Very clean and updated facilities. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff are all great. Very easy check in and out!! Highly recommend for your next visit to Nashville."

"Easy to check on. Quiet. Peaceful area. Very convenient off the highway and near groceries."

"Clean room. Friendly staff. Not walkable to attractions and restaurants like we hoped. On-site restaurant closed for special event while we were there. Basic room within an Uber to downtown. Good rate"

"Nice location, highly recommend."

"We had a fantastic three night stay at Hyatt House. Room was large, comfy, and had a great view. Very comfortable bed! Breakfast was included and a great value. Location perfect for exploring Nashville!"

"Excellent location in music row with a short walk downtown. Staff was very nice. Would recommend"

"It was a good stay. The pool was nice and room was as expected. It was easy to sleep with quiet surroundings. The breakfast was average but pancake machine was down during our visit. Easy commute to downtown."

"Perfect location, beautiful and clean rooms, staff is so nice and helpful and breakfast is always a plus! Highly recommended"

"Very beautiful site! Excellent breakfast! Very comfortable beds!"

"Nice property, just off of the expressway with ample security and basically mandatory valet. Be patient with valet staff and recommend tipping them. Uber ride to all of the bars down Broadway is only about seven or eight dollars. Not bad. Lots of fun. Highly recommend for a stay in Nashville on a budget."
