"The hotel is a very good value for the rate. The bed was great and so was the shower. The fridge kept my drinks cold and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and efficient. One note - I have never seen a toilet paper holder in a more bizarre location - no one has arms that long...."

"Thw reason I gave the crappy rating is because the towels were grayishand not bright white like we've all come to expect at hotels. The lady that worked the evening to night shift seemed annoyed when we arrived and unfortunately set the tone. I was so in disbelief about the towels I had to ask for more but by this time the overnight person was there and yup you guessed it, he was also annoyed. I guess something was broken cause he mentioned something about something but anyway when I told him the see he literally blank stared me for a sec. He did give them to me though. The morning person and the person in the breakfast are pretty much made up for it since they were soooooo pleasant. My daughter had such a good time with the lady in the breakfast area and it really set the tone for the rest of the day. THANK YOU! I wrote this review because Stevie could have seen those towels should have been removed from service but they weren't and they had the nerve to be annoyed with me. Do better Hampton."
