Excellent desk staff, whom provided good information about hotel amenities and was quick to resolve a few service issues brought to their attention."

"Very nice hotel, right on the river walk. Breakfast was not included in our room price, but the resort fee they charge can be applied towards breakfast or any other meal. So that covered the breakfast for one of us, which was nice. Staff was friendly and courteous. There was no rmicrowave in the room (we knew it - so no surprise) but it would have been helpful to have a MW in the room. Valet parking with the hotel is very expensive, but there was public parking available within a couple of blocks of the hotel for $9 per night (at Houston Street Garage)."
