Rooftop bar was amazing! Room was nice with great views.

Water filling station in hallway was a first.

I was on the sixth floor and the room was extremely quiet, unusual for New York, rather spacious and yet on this particular night, relatively inexpensive for such a perfect location in New York. Don’t miss the Red Farm restaurant around the corner… worth trying even if a bit noisy. My main criticism of the hotel is actually the coffee bar and pastries for breakfast, which are too sweet and caloric for me, and limited to drip coffee if you want to use their free breakfast card. The lacation was perfect, just few steps from the subway, Macy's one blk only, in the heart of Manhattan. Quiet and spacious room, marvelous views from Empire State!

The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation, but understand it's NYC and parking isn't always convenient.

Excellent staff, very polite, accommodating and welcoming. Its minutes walk away from Times Square. Everything is near by. I love staying here. Always my go to hotel. Thanks

Check in was easy and our room was even better than we anticipated.

Breakfast was yummy and different every day- it was busy, but the staff did an excellent job of keeping food stocked and the area cleaned up. Even though it was crowded, we never had to wait long for anything. The room and hotel were clean and beds were comfy. We really liked the fridge and microwave in the hotel- it was really nice for heating up some late night leftovers. There was also a water and ice machine on our floor, which was very helpful.

The hotel is nice, and in a very safe area The staff were all amazing.

Room with kitchenette was a nice size, comfortable bed and pillows and nice to have a nespresso machine in room and free coffee and refillable water bottles available all day with water filling stations on all floors. Easy location in Financial District.

I stayed here with 3 others and our room was massive! Perfect place for a group larger than 2! Also loved that we had a kitchen. I would recommend the room with two queen beds for next time (sofa bed is more than okay but will def get the two beds next time! Will definitely be recommending.
