"For travel on a budget, this was a great stay. The staff was friendly when we arrived (I’m sorry I spooked the poor night clerk!), and our room was clean and comfortable. We were a little weirded out by the clacky noises when we walked down the hallway, but it felt like a power move by the end of our stay to clack on the linoleum."

"This was our second time staying at this property this summer. The king sized bed room is nice (local old photographs are a nice touch) and clean. It’s within walking distance of some fun shops and nearby family. The historic building is unique (showing some signs of wear) and gift shop is worth stopping in. We plan to return when visiting family again."

"Great location. Super clean little cottage with a surprisingly comfy bed. Loved the lake access so you could appreciate the view while the dog could nip at all the small lapping waves without having to go to the “beach”. We’ll be back! :-)"
