"Fabulous breakfast and staff "

"Tv didn’t work the last two times we stayed.staff doesn’t care to help fix problems. You pay a resort fee and they don’t care about your money or anything "

"Room was clean, quiet, cool, dark at night. Staff very friendly and professional. Rooftop bar very cool. Parking is too expensive, so parked nearby thru SpotHero. "

"Very nice place, wonderful staff and shuttle. Parking is nice. I have stayed 3 times, first 2 was on second floor, Very comfortable beds. The last time I stayed was on first floor and the bed was uncomfortable. Property is very nice. "

"The breakfast was decent but it didn't have any breakfast meat which i thought was odd because they had 2 dishes of scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Cereals, mini muffins, breads and bagels, cereals, fruit and a mini pancake machine. The facility itself was great. I had an issue with only 1 staff member, the morning of our departure, i let the front desk person know one of the coffee dispensers was empty and she acted like it was a huge inconvenience to let whoever handles refilling it know. Not great customer service."

"Went in the winter time and pool could have been warmer. Not many guests so quick service at restaurant and bar. Property and grounds were beautiful. Looks like a really fun summertime hotel when outdoor pool is open"
