Property was clean and well kept. Staff very friendly!

Very nice - no complaints!

I needed to cancel the day of because of Covid. Hotels.com would not refund unless the hotel management agreed. I believe Latoya was the very kind woman who helped me convince management to issue me a refund. Big thanks to management and Latoya as this booking was for my mother who cannot afford to waste money on unused hotel nights. I will go out my way to sleep here anytime I visit Milwaukee. Hopefully the accommodations match the front desk service.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast has great options and the use of the washer/dryers were invaluable to us. We will definitely stay again.

Exceptional stay!! Clean rooms, comfy beds, awesome staff, pet friendly, delicious breakfast, pool & hot tub!! I very highly recommend this hotel! Alina, Vinny, and the rest of the staff (whose names I didn’t get) were fantastic!! If you’re going to Delafield, you should stay here. When we go back, we’ll absolutely stay here!!

Absolutely beautiful Boutique Hotel, close to downtown Oconomowoc.

The staff was amazing, the room immaculate and the patio was the perfect spot to relax.

Owners were amazing and layout of rooms unique. We are definitely going to be staying there again. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic

Room was clean, quiet, adequate parking and close to food and shopping.

Clean, comfortable and spacious room and bed. Spacious, well-lit parking lot. Near restaurants and shops. Nice, clean pool and hot tub. Great smaller hotel bar and restaurant. Felt very at home with a friendly atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again. 🙂

Located in a historical building in downtown Waukasha. Reception a little funky had to go upstairs to 2nd floor . Once we found our room rather like a maze we were pleasantly surprised with a large bathroom. (whirlpool tub plus large shower with 3 heads. Bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in, even better than home. Room clean and quiet. We would definitely stay there again if in the area beats Hampton and also had complimentary breakfast, omelets even.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The whole building was very nice and inviting. The lobby is a very cool place to sit and chill. Friendly staff. Breakfast was a plus and also good.

Well maintained hotel which gives a secure feeling of good management. The breakfast was good and appreciated with the fresh offerings.

Travelled to the Delafield Americinn to stay before my 5K race on Saturday morning. This Inn is located next to an Olive garden. 😋
